"Got a quick reply, at least"
I reached out to support and, to be fair, they did get back to me quickly. I was expecting it to take longer or be a hassle, so that was a bit of a relief. Still, I wish the whole thing felt a little smoother overall.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
Everything arrived in one piece, so I can’t complain too much, but my first impression was that the packaging felt a little cheap. The box was slightly bent, and one of the lids had some product around it, which just didn’t feel great. Nothing was actually broken, but gut feeling says it could definitely be packed with a bit more care next time.

I tried a cream from ancientcosmeticz.com, it was just okay. At first the texture felt kind of thick and took a little effort to spread out. The consistency in the jar seemed a bit uneven too, which I wasn’t crazy about. That said, once I warmed it up between my fingers, it did go on a bit better. I wouldn’t say I loved it, but it’s not awful either. I’ll probably use it up, just not sure I’d rush to buy it again

I had a smooth time using ancientcosmeticz.com. The menu was simple to figure out, and the products loaded just fine on my phone. Checkout was easy too, which I definitely appreciated. I do think some pages could use clearer instructions or a little more detail, especially if you’re trying to compare items or understand what to do next. Better sorting would help as well. Overall though, it worked well and didn’t feel frustrating to use.

I ordered from ancientcosmeticz.com i’m glad it showed up without a mess because I do not have the patience for dealing with leaked products and back-and-forth emails. The bottle was taped around the cap and wrapped well enough that nothing spilled in the box.
One corner of the outside box was a little bent, which was annoying, but the product itself was totally fine. I’d give it 4 stars since everything arrived safely, though a slightly sturdier box would make it better

"Hair feels softer, but I was skeptical"
I tried their hair oil for a few weeks, even though I was a little suspicious at first because products like this usually don’t do much for me. But my hair does feel softer now and not as dry as before. Shipping was kind of slow though, so that part was a bit annoying.

The cream didn’t have that old, sitting-in-storage kind of smell that I’ve noticed from some other places. The texture was smooth too, not dry, not weird, just smooth and easy to use. The packaging was clean as well, which I always appreciate.
I’ve been using it for a few days now and so far, no problems at all. It was just a simple, good order, and yeah, I’d buy from them again.

"Fair prices and no weird surprises"
I ordered from Ancient Cosmetics mostly because the prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I checked. Shipping wasn’t crazy either, which makes a difference, right? My order showed up fine, and everything was basically what I expected, so I feel like I got what I paid for. If they keep the prices like this, I’d probably order again.

I liked how Ancient Cosmetics laid everything out clearly. I didn’t really have to dig around or click through a bunch of pages just to figure out what the product was about.
The ingredients, how to use it, and the size info were all easy enough to find, which made me feel more comfortable placing the order. It just seemed like they knew what people would want to check before buying.
Overall, the site felt simple and not confusing, which I appreciated. I’d say it was a good experience, and I’m confident I’d order from them again

I gave ancientcosmeticz a try because the ingredients looked a little more natural than the usual stuff sitting in my bathroom. it feels gentle on my skin and doesn’t have that heavy fake perfume smell, which is more than I can say for a lot of “natural” products out there.
The shipping did take longer than I expected, so that was a little annoying. But the product itself is actually nice, and for a brand name I wasn’t totally sure about at first, it ended up being better than I thought. I’d probably order again

Ancient Cosmetics Q&A
I bought quite alot, about $200 worth...was clicking so fast, I accidently purchased it, reached out to the company to see if I could cancel the order with a refund, this is within an hr of doing this, someone reaches back out to me that same day, I tell him what happened and he assures me that he will cancel the order and refund me, well INSTEAD they do a express order, I email and I say "my last order didn't come this fast"...reach BACK out, I'm told that I can return the items, I ask if I'm supposed to pay for the shipping. 3 weeks later, no reply back, texted the # that had texted me...3 weeks later, no reply. This was going to be gifts for other people in order to bring in MORE customers. After this experience I will NEVER buy from them again, and not to mention that some of the boxes was ruined and coming out the pack, bad representation, horrible.
